School is over

Ashely would like to thank those of you how came to her Baptism.

I can not believe that time has gone by so fast, it only seems like a week ago that the girls were just starting school and now Charle has had her pre-school graduation and Shayla has graduated from K-Garten and she is done with school for the summer, Kiley and Ashley will be having there last day on Friday the 23rd of May.

Charle loves to be outside so she can ride her bike and play on her swings. She has had a lot of fun in pre-school this year, some of the things that she enjoyed was the day when the cops came and she got her fingers printed and they told them about danger, and they had a camping week when they did their work inside a tent and made smores. she loved the trip to the Kanab Park were they played all day and had a picnick. Charle is excited about summer she keeps asking when is Dad going to put up the pool ?

Shayla is ready for 1st grade she loves to read and is good at it, she will read to anyone that will listen to her and she does not care what she is reading. Shayla has been excited that she is done with school since she gets to sleep in and does not have to get up at 6:40 a.m. to get to the bus. Shayla has been having fun with her little pig that she has for the fair this year and she loves to take care of it, If you need to find her the best place to look is down at the barn.

Ashley has had a good year in school, she has found that she likes to read the Little House on the Prarie books and loves to read them. In school her teacher started her class on them and she enjoyed them so much we had to start reading them. In her class they did a day of Little house on the prarie were school was the way it was back in that time, so they all wore their long dresses and bonets and they had a school like Laura would of, with lunch outside, they also made stone soup. What a fun day she had!! Ashley will be starting piano lessons and she is excited for that, she has also decided that she needs to learn how to cross stitch so she is working on a pillow case and we will see how that turns out. Ashley is excited for school to end so she can go to work with Dad and camp out, takeing care of her pig and horse, she also would love to go on a vacation somewhere.

Kiley has had a good year she loves to read the Harry Potter books she is in the middle of book 4 . She is also geting good at the piano and enjoyes playing it, Kiley has started to cross stitch and loves it, she is doing a pillow that she is proud of, she also loves to do paint by numbers and takes all the time she can on them so they look just right. Kiley is sad that school is over, she has enjoyed her teacher and has had a good year, she has learned a lot and has really grown up a lot this year. Kiley will be busy this summer with her pig for the fair, playing in the pool and working with Dad, she is excited that 2 of her Aunts, Leslie and Christine will be having new babies this summer.

Charlene is excited for summer so I can sleep in and have help with the chores around the house. I have had a good month, I have curled up on the couch and read all 3 of the Twilight books and they are good, I cannot wait until the last one comes out in the fall.
Mark is wroking all the time but takes time out to be with the family on Sat. and Sunday and that is good for all of us. Last weekend he took the girls fishing and they rode the horse and they all had a good day.
